On December 5, 2010 at 3 pm HST, a raffle will take place at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club wherein a number will be picked from a closed container of index cards by a staff member of the concierge desk.  Each entry will have a number associated with it and if your number is selected, you will be the winner of the SkyScout.  The SkyScout will be mailed to you on December 6, 2010 via certified mail.
